Yes. We ship internationally. Shipping costs will depend on the country and weight of your package. This will be calculated during checkout.

At this time, any applicable duties and taxes will be due by you upon delivery of your parcel by the shipping courier. You must pay these fees at time of delivery in order to receive your package.

While we're always working towards making our products available to ship to more countries, we can only ship to the countries listed at checkout at this time!

While we're happy to ship to a freight forwarding service, Good Molecules is not liable for any lost or damaged orders that have been shipped using freight forwarding service. We suggest working with the freight forwarding service further should this occur.

All Good Molecules products have an expiration date. Please check the PAO, or period-after-opening date on all our packaging. This should look like a small open jar with a number inside. This refers to the number of months we recommend using the product before disposing.

Our products are carefully formulated to be safe to use. However, like with any new product, we highly recommend doing a patch test beforehand.

As every person is unique, and women who are pregnant may be especially sensitive to certain ingredients, we recommend that anyone who is under a doctor’s care consult with that doctor before using any new personal care products from any source.  
  
We suggest bringing the product(s) ingredients list to your physician who can best address whether this product is safe for use while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Sorry we are out of stock of an item you'd love to purchase-- we definitely wish we were able to restock right away, but it can take a bit of time to receive additional inventory. The best way to receive a restock notification is to sign up for our email marketing newsletters!

We cannot guarantee the authenticity of Good Molecules products that are purchased outside of our site or not from one of our authorized retailers.

Yes, our products are available in all Ulta stores nationwide. We're working to expand our product availability through different channels.

Since everyone's skin chemistry is unique and processes ingredients differently, we cannot predict when results become noticeable.

We do recommend giving the products a chance to work by maintaining at least 2 weeks to a month of regular use. If you experience irritation at any point, we recommend discontinuing use right away.
